Copyright Policy
UseHirable respects intellectual property rights and expects everyone who uses the platform to do the same.
This Copyright Policy explains how to report allegedly infringing content, what information to include in a notice, how counter-notices are handled, and how we respond to repeated violations.
Reporting Allegedly Infringing Content
If you believe content available through UseHirable infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice with enough detail for us to review the report promptly and fairly.
What to Include in a Copyright Notice
Your report should include the information we need to identify the work, understand the claim, and reach you if we need clarification.
- Your full name and contact information, including an email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- A description or direct link showing where the allegedly infringing material appears on UseHirable.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How to Send a Notice
Please send copyright notices to Admin@usehirable.com with the subject line Copyright Notice. If we launch a dedicated reporting form in the future, we may direct notices through that workflow instead.
After receiving a complete report, we may review the content, request more information, remove or limit access to the reported material, and notify the affected account holder when appropriate.
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the report was mistaken or the content was misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice.
- Your name, email address, and other contact details.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before action was taken.
- A statement, made in good faith, explaining why you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the legal process required by the law that applies to the notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that repeatedly post content found to infringe the rights of others or that misuse the reporting process.
We evaluate repeated violations case by case, including the seriousness of the conduct, the quality of the evidence, and whether the account holder has engaged in a pattern of abuse.
Other Content Complaints
Questions involving trademarks, impersonation, fraud, privacy, harassment, or other platform abuse should be reported through the appropriate support channels rather than this copyright process.
